Reached by an open staircase from reception, Filini is a chic, softly-lit restaurant with an open kitchen and a wood-fired pizza oven. Walnut floors, mirrors, floor-to-ceiling windows and orange trees all work to create a sense of brightness and space. The centrepiece is a pineapple-shaped wine tower, a glass structure made from weaved timber and metal plates, lit and mirrored from the inside, which can house 200 bottles of wine.
